Un-Stressed is a special workshop and sacred circle about stress, how to reduce stress, self-regulate, heal, and continue to evolve in alignment with your highest self.

It will give you tools and skills that profoundly help with stress in the moment as well as reducing stress overall long-term.

The day is designed to bring transformation to the way stress manifests in our lives, to support our continued self-growth and spiritual evolution, and for the positive flow on effects to those around us – as you know when we do the inner-work ourselves the healing ripples out for all our relations and the collective.

About the workshop

This workshop will be held in the circle way for a soulful day of learning and sharing. The wisdom and approaches shared will draw from embodiment coaching, neuroscience, mind-body wellness, shamanic womancraft and cycle wisdom, as well as traditional positive psychology and life coaching approaches - blended together into a potent and juicy 4 hour morning during which you will transform the way you deal with stress!

Most importantly - make change in your life & create positive ripple effects to the world around you.

Places are limited to 10 people for a personalised experience; so there will be plenty of time for your questions to be answered, as well as an optional 1:1 coaching follow-up program available.

The workshop will include:

  • Tea on arrival

  • Guided effortless meditation experience

  • Sacred sharing circle - a practice of deep inner listening and being heard and held

  • Knowledge on the science and biology of stress, what is going on in the brain, mind, and body under stress

  • Learn how to interrupt the reactive habit loop

  • Learn and practice centring and tools to gain control over reactions in the heat of the moment - you will be able to use these tools to shift back into your self-power, and your love and compassion - in other words to be able to align with your higher self when you would otherwise be triggered and reactive

  • Explore how to reduce overall stress long term
