Meditation Sessions

In-person or Online

Ideal both for once-off events, or for ongoing sessions as part of a wellbeing program.

A workplace-tailored meditation session to support your team to unwind, release stress and help restore balance – a great way to help your team come to their work with more focus and calm.

This an effortless meditation sequence is deeply restful and well-suited to a team environment. The sequence activates the rest and relaxation response, supports the body and mind to release stress, and helps to restore a deeper sense of awareness and balance.

In a conference environment this session supports delegates to start the day fresh, focused and centred.

Your group will enjoy a beautiful guided meditation for deep rest and stress release, with time for questions and discussion where relevant. The session can include speaking or presentation about meditation and can incorporate other stress-management and self-regulation tools.
