Website Privacy
In the use of this website, certain information is collected from you in order for the effective operation of this website and delivery of my services and/or products to you.
At your initial contact I request your name, phone and email details and information around the nature of your enquiry. This allows me to get in contact to follow up with you. If you do not wish to submit your information via this website, you can instead contact me directly by calling 0409 642 759, or via email bianca@consciouswellness.com.au.
After our initial contact, I may personally contact you in order to follow up on your enquiry or something we have discussed; if you do not wish for me to contact you in the future, please advise me so via email.
To be a member of our mailing list I collect your name and email address. I use the Mailchimp platform to create, manage, and deliver to my mailing list. You can unsubscribe to mailing lists by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.
This website is on the Squarespace platform, and as such any information you submit via my website is collected via, and stored in, the Squarespace platform in accordance with their user and privacy policies.
How is information collected
The information about this website’s users is collected directly from our web server logs, cookies, the user, and content voluntarily shared in submitted contact forms.

Please note that after our initial discussion, if you enrol in a service or program, I may request any additional enrolment or purchase information from you via email. If you prefer not to transmit information via email, we can discuss alternatives such as sending paperwork via post or collected in person (although this may occur additional costs such as postage if necessary).
Participating in or engaging with my services or programs
All personal information supplied privately by the client or participant to me as the Practitioner is treated as confidential. I may document notes or information for the purposes of handling the query or providing the service or program to the client. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client, unless I deem the client, or any other person associated with the client, to be in a serious or life threatening situation, in which case I am duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Such incidences may include suicidal tendencies or physical, mental or emotional abuse being committed on, or by, the client.
Written records
Written records will be kept for a reasonable period of time as determined by me.
Group sessions and recorded sessions
Group sessions may be recorded and shared at my discretion. As such, I cannot vouch for the privacy or confidentiality of the content of recorded sessions. You will be advised if the session is being recorded and participation will be at your own choice and risk; if you have any concerns about privacy please discuss with me before participating. If you or any participant supplies personal information to me directly and privately (ie outside of the recorded sessions), it will be treated confidentially by me. You must not share, distribute, or make publically available any content or recordings unless agreed in writing.
Public spaces
From time to time I offer services in public spaces or in open venues; I cannot vouch for, nor guarrantee, privacy in these settings and as such participation is at your own choice and risk.
I treat all personal information confidentially for the sole intent of providing the services or programs and for the above purposes. I have no intention of passing your information to any other third party.
I may need to share your information with a third party where I am required in order to:
To fulfill your service requests for products or services.
To protect ourselves, our customers or our vendors from liability or to defend our rights, including investigations of fraud or misconduct.
To third parties who have agreed in writing to maintain such information in confidence and use such information solely in performance of services to us.
To respond to legal process or comply with law, including subpoenas.
If I deem the client, or any other person associated with the client, to be in a serious or life threatening situation, in which case I am duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Please note that Confidential Information does not include information that: was in the Practitioners possession prior to its being furnished by the client; is generally known to the public or in the Practitioner’s industry; is obtained by the Practitioner from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the client; or is independently developed by the Practitioner without use of or reference to the client’s confidential information.
According to the ethics of my profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching or meditation teaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for professional development and/or consultation purposes.
These terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these terms.
